Sitting in work watching the pilot of ‘Enterprise’ so far so good, but it seems way too futuristic for a prequel to TOS. I am actually quite enjoying it 🙂

I guess things just pile up sometimes, I’ve just figured out what has just depressed me. And I don’t know if anything can be done about it. It’s lol now releated to the post below. I want to do something, but it’s just a case of now I can’t. In the future sure, but that’s years away I believe and it could be way too late by then. So what can I do about it? I have not got a clue

It does not help that I’m dying with a cold at the mo and have spent the day suffering I have now just realised I am an idiot.
I sent my other half a text message about an hour apologising for not ringing her today. I thought at the time it had just gone 00.00 and it was way too late to ring her. This is not good, we talk every day (yeah yeah yeah) and I have now just realised that no my computer clock is not stuck and it is in fact just done 22.00 which means I can ring her. I read 20.00 as being midnight…I think that proves I am ill
People… Why?
Sometimes I just don’t understand people at all. Yes people have fall outs with other people, it happens to everyone at some stage in their life, more than likely quite a few times, but, actually forget the but, I have no idea where I am going with this.
Q:Why can’t we all just get along?
A:We don’t WANT to
It boils down to that in alot of cases I guess, again something that happens to us all at many times
Right now I want some good music, a good book and the world to stop for a while. Unfortunatly I’ve just finished my really good book and nothing jumps out to be read 🙁
I picked up what started off as a cheap little lot on ebay this weekend. When I was a kid (no comments from the peanut gallery please) I collected a comic book series called “Power Pack”. I really wanted to re-read it again, but I could not even think of the name, so last week, one night when I was bored I start searching for it. Lo and behold I was able to track down all the details. I was quite happy with that. I then looked around on various site for my local comic shops and they had some of them in back issues. So over to ebay to have a quick look. One nice little lot, issues 1-44 (of a 50 issue series) for $9.99 Eventually ends at $36 and then the postage charges. Ok they are quite heavy, almost $30 but I am looking forward to it
Con scene, I’ve not mentioned this yet, Bryan over at Wolf has just announced SG4 for early next year with the long awaited appearence of Mike Shanks, who is however now off the series. I’m kinda in 2 minds about this. I have a ticket for SG3 in a few weeks, but not really all that pushed about attending. Only really going because someone else is. Should be fun I guess. The Buffy cons are getting interesting next year, going to need to make some decisions on what to book for soon. Already going to Sector 14’s even which I don’t even know the name of….oh yes Eclipse. That should be good, although could really backfire but I doubt it
So I’m working at home today, got a bit of a cold. listening to the radio and the ads for “AI”. I wonder how much they had to pay those reviewers in order to get them to say all that…
