I slept really badly last night. I woke up around 4.30 am wheezing for breath, It was not fun and took about 10 minutes to actually go away. Then this morning I was late for the train and barely made it. Had to run for the last few minutes and given how badly I felt already this was not a good thing at all. Still made it into work and a couple of cans later I was fine.
Got some stuff sorted today which was good, it was also a pretty shitty day where at one stage I just sat at my desk and laughed. I have something I need to work on and I don’t have access to the stuff I need, so I’m working with another fella in Dublin on it. As it turns out he doesn’t have the tools to work on it so he is sitting there with access, without the tools while I’m sitting there without access but with the tools. We both just laughed.
Tomorrow just got phone heavy, an extra 90 minute call added to the 90 minute standard call and a meeting for the last hour of the day, ’tis not gonna be fun. Gotta make sure to have lunch before all that.
Hit the Firkin for lunch and some pool, it was not good. First time in a session that I have not won a single game in a while. Went back there tonight for more and it was a little better. Won a few, lost a few. Had a good steak as part of the two meals for £6.95 deal and headed for the 9.42 train. Home and online.
