Shall I tell you why today has so far been the best day of the week?
Right then, I will anyway.
– It’s Friday.
– The clothes which were not try yesterday are dry this morning.
– I slept well last night.
– I made the 9:08 train this morning.
– I’m sitting at my desk actually fixing things.
– I’m listening to some classic Bob Dylan.
– The cheque cleared, I have money for the weekend
Any two of those things would have made every day this week so much better.
All in all, a damn good start and with a bit of luck it will last for the day and leave me in a good mood for the weekend.
