Wandered around the National Gallery for a short while, killing time before going into the pay what you can Frans Hal exhibt at 17.30.
Always amazes me to see pieces by such names from history, a da Vinci or a Michelangelo.
Should I win the lottery, I would love not to own but to hold a piece of something that someone like that once held, a crazy lottery win and I’d get a small original Hopper and a page from da Vinci. I really should get myself just an old coin. The idea that someone held this same item such a long time ago, just find it so fascinating.
FInished S1 of Echo, it was ok. Not sure if it wanted to be a noir/drama or superhero show and it got the balance wrong as usual. Found the S4 finale of For All Mankind to be a bit of an anticlimax.
This evening then was GG with The Witches at NT. It was okay, solid 3 with a couple of good performances but a bit disappointed over all.
Quiet day planned for tomorrow.
