Fuck fuck fuck.

I’m still not feeling any better and so last night I missed seeing Hope of the States at the Astoria. I had thought I could dose myself up and go off and see them but I really wasn’t feeling up to it. Of course NME has a glowing review for a 15 track set including a load of new songs.

Fucking cold.

That’s really gone and made my week even worse. Easily my favourite band from last year and a fantastic live group. Especially at a massive (sold out) headline show at the Astoria of all places. I had been looking forward to this gig for a good while. It was a highlight of all the upcoming.
