Things I do not understand #23847

Well, there are many naturally but something recently is strange. I moved to London just over two years ago and for the first year I was here I was never ill. Not once. I didn’t take any sick days, there was absolutely no need. I don’t know if this is rare or not but it was certainly new to me and hey it was good.

Recently, well recently as in the past 6 months or so despite nothing that I can tell having changed it’s been different. I’ve taken a few days off here and there (with the exception of that one bad week its all been single days) where I’m just not feeling well. Usually a headache a feeling of tiredness and of course the fun of throwing up.

Is this suppose to be making up for all the time off illness? Is their a certain amount that I must be unwell to fulfil certain criteria? I just don’t get it.

Now I know at least one person who is just to read this and remind me of comments she made about stress a few days ago, and I’m not sure I buy that as a reason for anything. Sure there is stress going on, there is always stress going on. But it’s good stress (general work stuff) as oppose to stress that was happening during that first year (unhappiness and bad work stuff).

One option that I will buy is it could just be as a result of tiredness and that I need some time off and a break out of this damn country.

Yeah I guess I should really look into that. Just get the couple of cons over the next few weeks out of the way and then time is a lot more clear for escapism.
