I’m not just actively using Meeting Maker to keep my social life in order, I’m completly relying on it. Something new going on next week and it goes straight onto the calendar.<\/p>\n
This morning was bad. I did not have a single drink last night nor will I tonight. I am actually going to exercise some willpower for a while. Anyway I had some food in the pool hall last night and it was bad to the point of where I threw up first thing this morning and I feel like shit. For the first time in a long time, I also woke up feeling like I had just closed my eyes and had not actually had any sleep. I was very disoriented for a moment.<\/p>\n
In other news Dave and I have been playing online chess for the past few days and last night we were talking about how we both played. I’ve been winning most of the games (we have not played many) and I was quite surprised by this as I’m not that good of a player and I have not played in years. I use to play a lot in school but that was 8 years ago or so.
\nAnyway one thing which we talked about was how we both looked at the game. I’m better at online chess I think because I can look straight down on the pieces and it fits together better than trying to look around them on a chess board and Dave feels the exact opposite way.
\nSo I get into work this morning to find that not only has Dave cleaned his desk but there is a chessboard fully set up. I wonder what I shall do for lunchtime.<\/p>\n
I have no kitchen. There was nothing there when I got home last night. The room is bare, just the walls an the floor and the ceiling. <\/p>\n
