I suspect I will be really stiff in the morning. I just had a nice shower when I got home and that was really nice. I&#8217;m watching the ever excellent <a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Title?0247082\" title=\"\" onmouseover=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return true;\" onmouseout=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return false;\">C.S.I.<\/a> at the mo and it is the setup ep for the spin-off (<a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Title?0313043\" title=\"\" onmouseover=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return true;\" onmouseout=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return false;\">C.S.I.: Miami<\/a>). I had doubts about <a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Name?Caruso,+David\" title=\"\" onmouseover=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return true;\" onmouseout=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return false;\">David Caruso<\/a> but he seems to more than capable. It was nice to see <a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Name?Procter,+Emily\" title=\"\" onmouseover=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return true;\" onmouseout=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return false;\">Emily Procter<\/a> in there aswell although it took me a second to place her as being Ainsley from <a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Title?0200276\" title=\"\" onmouseover=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return true;\" onmouseout=\"JavaScript: self.status=''; return false;\">The West Wing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ok in short I had a good day and I was somewhat too cynical in my approach. Team building, well I realised that I like some people even more than I thought and I don&#8217;t like some others much at all. I do like some people that I really didn&#8217;t think I did.<\/p>\n<p>Good news on another front I had been too cynical about but not really stuff to say..<\/p>\n<p>I have a number I want to write down \u00a3250,000,000. That&#8217;s a quarter of a <b>billion<\/b> pounds. The phrase I used was fuck me.
