So now that the dust has settled, there are rumours about the leveling process flying around the place. Of course nothing can be backed up because everything is confidential, but I am not happy with what I have heard. In fact I am very unhappy about it. I heard some stuff yesterday that made me want to go and talk to my boss first thing this morning. Chatting to a couple of people now has rammed that home even further.<\/p>\n
Hypothetical here, you hear a rumour, you ask the person in question and they confirm it. You get on well enough with them that they don’t have a problem telling you. Your not happy with what your told at all and you want to talk to your boss and indeed your boss’s boss about it.
