Every now and again, not all that often I get extreme cramps in my lower legs. It comes on all of a sudden, absolutely no reason that I know of or have ever been able to tell. It’s just extreme pain with no warning and it stays for a couple of minutes. It happened just a second ago and it was worse than it has ever been before. I can take effort not to scream, this was pretty close. It is still tingling a little but it’s such relief when it’s over. No-one I’ve seen has managed to give me any clue about it but tis not nice at all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
