When I was younger and first started going out with my friends my parents would always warn me not to get involved with rounds. They always thought it was a bad idea. I’m not sure in practice how they ever dealt with it. Rounds are pretty standard when I go out with the guys, you get everyone and drink and you get a drink when anyone goes to the bar. It’s not a rule by any means and if you don’t want to do it that’s so not a problem, every now and again people will claim brokeness and skip out on getting rounds, they either just get themselves a drink or take a raincheck on the next time. I’ve never felt hard done by it, sure I’ll sometimes get a number of drinks and there will not be as many in return but over the next few times in the pub it will even out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
