Ok here we go.<\/p>\n

Someone asks you a question. You tell them the answer to their question and what the next step is to solve this question.

\nThey go away and ask someone else the same question. The other person tells them the same thing but does alot of work for them aswell.

\nThey go away and the problem is solved. Then you find out they e-mailed someone else asking the same question they have just gotten the answer to from two people.

\nThat person (not knowing any of this) then forwards the mail back you asking you to help them out with the same question you answered in the first place.<\/p>\n
